Rent payments are made through the Homefront Property Management's Resident Center, our online property management platform. You can set up one-time payments or recurring payments to ensure your rent is always paid on time. Direct deposit is another convenient option for submitting rent. If you would like to set this up, please contact us, and we will assist you in that process.
-
If your rent is late, a $10 late fee is charged every day, until your rent is paid in full. You can check your lease agreement for the exact details. If you have any questions about late fees, feel free to reach out!

For any maintenance issues, please submit your request through the Homefront Property Management Resident Center. You can download the app on your phone, called Resident Center (by Buildium). We prioritize emergent repairs, such as plumbing or heating issues, and will address other non-emergent repairs as soon as possible. After you submit your request, we will schedule a time for the maintenance team to visit the property and resolve the issue. Submitting requests through your Resident Center is the most efficient way for us to process your requests. However, in case of an emergent concern, you can contact us by phone (920-627-4155).

A few months before your lease ends, we will reach out to discuss your plans. If you wish to renew, we will offer a new lease term based on current market conditions. The renewal process is simple: you will sign a new lease agreement and continue residing in the unit without needing to move. If you decide not to renew, we ask for at least 30 days’ notice so we can make the necessary arrangements.

There is an app called the Resident Center, created by Buildium. This app allows tenants to manage property details, submit maintenance requests, pay rent, and access important documents directly from their mobile devices. It’s a convenient tool for tenants who prefer handling everything digitally and keeping track of rental information on the go.
We also have a website with additional information and resources for tenants. Please visit renthomefront.com, and click on the “Residents” tab in the upper header.

Before signing your lease, please notify us of any pets that will be living on the property. We allow all pets, no breed restrictions. We charge a $250 one-time, non-refundable pet fee upon move-in. Pet rent is $35/month, per pet. Please refer to the pet agreement in your lease for additional information.
New animals: Any new pets need to be registered with your landlord before they move in, and there will be an increase in your monthly pet rent amount.
Pet waste: Animal waste must be immediately picked up and disposed of. Proper disposal of cat litter must be done on a frequent basis. Any dog or cat waste in the unit from accidents must be cleaned up and sanitized immediately.
Leashed at all times: Dogs and cats must be controlled at all times, and must be kept on a short leash in all common areas on the grounds.

All trash must be properly disposed of. Please dispose of all trash by placing it inside the dumpster. Do not leave trash next to the door of your apartment, on the deck, on the driveway, or next to the trash dumpster.
Garbage/Recyling Pickup Schedule: You can find the garbage pickup schedule for your specific property on our website. Please visit renthomefront.com, click on “Residents” in the upper header, and click on the “Garbage Collection” page.
